Return/Refund Policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

We do not accept returns for reasons such as “change of mind,” taste preference, or opened/used products. Because supplements are ingestible goods, all sales are final for customer safety and hygiene reasons.

However, we stand behind the quality of every Physis Nutrition product. If you receive an item that is:

* Damaged upon arrival
* Leaking
* Incorrect
* or Defective in any way  

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly provide either a replacement or store credit.

We do not offer refunds or replacements if:

* The product has been opened or used
* The product was delivered more than 7 days ago
* The customer ordered the wrong flavor or product
* The customer changed their mind
* The order shows delivered in tracking but the customer claims it was stolen (in this case, contact the carrier)

To request a replacement for a damaged or defective product:

We reply within 24–48 hours.
